BudgetGenDelete your account
You can delete your BudgetGen account, and the information in it, at any time.
In the app
- Open BudgetGen and go to Settings.
- Tap App Settings, then Data controls.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Google or email, you'll be asked to sign in again to confirm it's you.
If BudgetGen is showing the screen asking you to start your trial or subscribe, tap Account at the bottom, then Delete account.
What's deleted
Your account, profile and photo, your plan (accounts, bills, expenses, budgets and goals), your chats, your usage counts, this phone's notification token, and any problem reports you sent with their screenshots. This can't be undone.
If you share a plan with a partner, the shared plan stays with them; your account, profile and chats are deleted.
What's kept

Your subscription isn't cancelled by deleting your account. Apple bills it, so cancel it in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions, to stop being charged.
Without the app
Email info@phileosolutions.com from the email address on your account, asking us to delete it. We'll confirm it's you, and delete your account and data within 30 days.
If you never signed in with Apple, Google or email, your account has no email address, so we can't find it from an email request: delete it in the app as above, before you delete the app.
